• Counselling individuals in matters relating to marriage, civil partnership, European applications, Sole Representative of an Overseas Business, Tier 1 (all categories) and Tier 4 (Student), Tier 5 and all settlement applications
• Experienced handling adverse UKVI / Home Office decisions for individuals and businesses, overturning decisions and negotiating with the Home Office to reconsider outcomes
• Presented at several Brexit advisory seminars and has assisted clients with workforce planning following Brexit
