Robert specialises in resolving commercial and complex disputes for both businesses and individuals. He is rated in the Legal 500 2019 in connection with commercial disputes, contentious probate and property litigation work.

His expertise includes commercial and consumer contracts, insolvency and debt recovery, property ownership issues, boundary disputes, commercial landlord & tenant claims (including dilapidations), intellectual property disputes, professional negligence claims, partnership and shareholder disputes.

Robert has acted successfully for clients in the High Court, Companies Court and the Property Chamber (Lands Tribunal) claims.

Undertaking a dual role as a business director, Robert provides valued advice to clients in matters relating to commercial contracts, real estate, probate and trusts.

Robert is an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), Property Litigation Association and a Fellow (Graduate) of the CICM.
