Disbursements and other charges
These are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties such as the Land Registry. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
The disbursements that may be payable on a mortgage or remortgage, include:

Leasehold Property
In addition to the above, for mortgaging or remortgaging a leasehold property Notice fees will be payable in accordance with the terms of your lease.
Timescale
The average transaction takes between 6 – 8 weeks. It can be quicker or slower, depending on the speed of response received from the lender and the time taken to obtain paperwork essential to the transaction such as property deeds, or for the lender to confirm the mortgage offer.
