We deal with a variety of commercial disputes to include recovering money owed under a contract, dealing with breach of contract claims and general debt recovery related matters. We have experience in acting for both Claimants and Defendants in a variety of different issues.

We understand that dealing with commercial disputes can be time consuming and stressful and we therefore aim to resolve disputes with minimum disturbance to you. We are also aware of the need to protect your reputation and will do all that we can to ensure that any disputes are resolved as quickly and professionally as possible.

We are always conscious of costs and keep our costs as limited as possible. We adopt a practical approach and will consider other options such as mediation, if Court proceedings are not appropriate.
